Terms and Conditions (Best Buy Gift Card Out of Store Offers)

 

Gift card offers expire 01/20/13.  Offer not available to residents of Hawaii.  Gift card values may vary depending upon selected services, customer category and geographic location.  Specific gift card values and service, geographic and other eligibility requirements are set forth in the promotional materials describing the specific offer to which you are responding.

 

• Customer must have switched from services comparable to those selected.  Comparable services do not include wireless telephone service or online-only video subscriptions. 

 

• Customers must remain active, in good standing and must maintain all services for a minimum of 90 days after installation.

 

• Gift card will be mailed approximately 4-6 weeks after the 90 day period.  Gift cards may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer. See front and back of gift card and any accompanying materials for additional details.   Limit one (1) gift card per eligible residential service and this offer may not be combined with any other offers except as specifically mentioned in any promotional materials describing this offer. 

 

• To receive your gift card you must register within 30 days of installation, or by 11:59 p.m. EST on 02/15/13, (whichever comes sooner) at this site www.twc.com/holidaypromo and upload a bill from your previous service provider issued within the last 90 days showing the service(s) you are cancelling and provide the Redemption Code that you will receive by email and/or postcard approximately 10 or less days after installation of your service.  If you do not receive your Redemption Code within 10 days of installation please contact us at 1-888- TWCABLE.  Customer's name and/or address on previous provider's bill must match name and/or address on Time Warner Cable installation order.   At the sole discretion of Time Warner Cable you may be given the option of submitting the necessary documentation by first class mail.  Any submission by first class mail must meet all the terms and conditions stated herein and must be postmarked within 30 days of installation and received by 02/15/13.  Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery and Time Warner Cable does not assume any responsibility for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail.  Offer is not available to customers with past due balances with Time Warner Cable during the program period or customers who have been disconnected for non-payment in the twelve (12) month period preceding this offer. Gift cards can only be mailed to addresses in the United States. 

 

• Time Warner Cable is not responsible for activation or maintenance of gift cards or for any gift cards that are lost or stolen.  Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted, without restriction, to cancel their current service and are solely responsible for any fees, charges or other expenses which may be associated with any such cancellation. All materials submitted in connection with this offer become property of Time Warner Cable and are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for retaining a copy of their submission.  Forged or fraudulent requests, bills or documents of any kind not obtained through authorized channels will be void.  Time Warner Cable has no obligation to acknowledge, return or redeem any requests that are not in compliance with these terms and conditions.  Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored.  Time Warner Cable reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the offer at any time.

Terms and Conditions (Best Buy Gift Card In Store Offers)

• Only new residential subscribers to Time Warner Cable's bundled cable TV, Internet and phone services are eligible for this offer.

 

• Customers must remain active, in good standing, and must maintain all services for a minimum of 60 days after installation.

 

• To receive your Xbox 360 4GB console, you must sign up for your new Time Warner Cable bundled services in a Best Buy store and schedule installation of your new services while in the Best Buy store or call 1-800-TW-CABLE (1-800-892-2253). Within fifteen (15) days after installation of your new service, Best Buy will process the fulfillment of your free Xbox 360 4GB console, ship it free of charge to the address where you activated your Time Warner Cable services, and send you an e-mail confirming that it's on its way.
